Water Leak Fixed! Blue lights will be lit!
On Halloween evening the "trick" in the park was a major water main leak. After several days, the Boston Water Department located the leak and repaired it!. YES! The beautiful blue lights will be turned on as planned! See you Monday, November 24, at 5pm for the 23rd Trellis Light Ceremony!

Thanks to the generosity of our members and corporate sponsors, the Friends of Christopher Columbus Park with support from the City of Boston Parks and Recreation Department illuminates the trellis with blue lights from the end of November through the middle of April.
The illuminated trellis has been named one of the "Ten Most Romantic Places in Boston" and year 'round it is the site of marriage proposals, wedding photos, and happy families.
