Friends of Christopher Columbus Park - Please join us!

The Friends of Christopher Columbus Park (FOCCP) is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization made up of North End and Waterfront neighbors and businesses working together for the Gem of the North End and Waterfront: Christopher Columbus Park. The FOCCP works closely with the City of Boston Parks and Recreation Department to keep the park clean and well maintained.

Located between the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway and the Boston Harbor, Christopher Columbus Park is a uniquely designed 4 1/2 acres that serve as a neighborhood park, a community gathering spot, the site of festivals, summer movie nights and art shows, a must-see destination for tourists from around the nation and around the world, and the conduit for those who are ferrying to the Harbor Islands, which are part of the U.S national park system.

The FOCCP volunteers work together to:
  • Illuminate the trellis and 14 trees throughout the Park
  • Maintain the Rose Kennedy Rose Garden and purchase trees and plants for the Park
  • Organize Fundraising & Park Events and much more!

New Friends, Members and/or Volunteers are Always Welcome!
FOCCP is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) corporation and all contributions are tax deductible to the maximum extent allowed by law.
